Privacy notice
How we look after your details.
This notice explains what Humaniti Academy collects when you ask us to call you, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It is issued in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
The short version
- We only ask for what we need to call you back: your name, your number and a few choices about your interest.
- We use it to contact you about Humaniti Academy, and for nothing else.
- We never sell your details, and we never pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time.

01Who we are
Humaniti Academy is an in-person AI academy in Kochi, Kerala, and is part of Humaniti Group. Humaniti Academy decides how and why the details described here are used, and is the Data Fiduciary for them under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

02What we collect
When you fill in the "Talk to us" form, we collect:

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive details such as identity numbers, bank details, health information or passwords.
03How we use it
- To call or message you, answer your questions and help you choose a track.
- To follow up about your interest in the Foundation Programme or the Fellowship, if you would like us to.
- To keep a simple record of our conversation, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
- To understand, in total, which of our adverts lead to enquiries.
We will not use your details for any unrelated purpose, and we will not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
04Your consent
We use your details because you choose to give them to us and ask us to contact you. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us (see section 12), and we will stop contacting you. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
06How long we keep it
If you do not join, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will. If you join the Academy, your details become part of your student record, which is covered by a separate notice given at enrolment.
07How we protect it
Your details travel to us over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to the people who need it, and our providers are chosen for their security. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your details, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
08Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you a summary of the details we hold about you and how we have used them.
- Correct or update anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your details when they are no longer needed.
- Stop contacting you, by withdrawing your consent.
- Name someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
09Under 18s
Our programmes are for graduates and final-semester students. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf. If we learn that we have received details from someone under 18 without a parent's consent, we will delete them.
10Cookies and your device
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may remember small display settings in your own browser, and these are never sent to us. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this notice first and ask for your permission where the law requires.
11Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will tell you.
12Contact and complaints
For any question or complaint about your details, or to use any of your rights, contact us. We will reply within 30 days.
